Please view the timetable and check the time of your event. A notification of the date and time of each performance is also sent out for each performer along with other important information about performances at the Festival. If you have not received your notification, please get in touch with the person who submitted your entry.

If you were required to provide details of your programme on the entry form, the notification includes details of the piece(s) you will perform, and these will be published in the Festival Programme. If these details are incorrect, or if you wish to change your programme, you must advise the Festival Secretary by Friday 10 February 2023. Performers making programme changes after this date will not be eligible to receive marks. You must also make sure that the piece(s) you will perform fit comfortably within any time limit specified in the Syllabus.

If you know you will be unable to perform at the scheduled time of your event, please advise the Festival Secretary as soon as possible.

Every effort has been made to timetable events accurately. Performers should, however, be ready to perform at least fifteen minutes before the advertised time of the event.
