Celebration of success!

Daniel Lindsay – winner of the Piano Premier Class, and recipient of the William Findlay Trophy Certificate and the Lillian Campbell Memorial Prize at the 2026 Festival – has gone on to win the RCS Junior Conservatoire Beethoven Piano Prize.

He then represented RCS at the Beethoven Piano Society of Europe Intercollegiate Competition, where he was awarded second place.

Matthew Chinn, Head of the Junior Conservatoire of Music, said: “This is a remarkable accomplishment but even more so given that Daniel is just 11 years old. To perform and be recognised at this level among older peers is truly exceptional.”
